"very nice place. excellent typical Tuscan dishes. I was there for Easter holidays with my husband and my daughters of 4 and 10 years. the girl is very kind and very courteous. excellent croutons, pasta with ragù much appreciated by my daughters who made the bis. Tuscan soup super good. the ingredients of the dishes are very cured. I've been there for the second time and would recommend it. is located in the Venetian district very characteristic. I thank you very much for the professionalism of the children who manage it. all eco green compostabile (towels, cutlery, glasses). grated water and excellent Tuscan wine."

"Very disappointing. We stopped for lunch yesterday after sitting down, we were told there may be a slight wait for the food as they were quite busy. After waiting for 1 hour for the food to arrive, I was brought the incorrect dish. The waitress was apologetic assured me that they would bring the correct order as priority, in the meantime my partner had to eat his meal alone whilst I waited a further 45 minutes for my food! A total wait time of 1 hour 45 for a tuna dish that only needed searing! Even though the waitresses apologised, they made no offer of compensation or even at the very least, a complimentary drink. After checking the bill, I was then disgusted to find that not only had they charged €5 service, but also overcharged us for the desserts, which were marked as a different price on the menu. We only went to Livorno for the day wasted over 2 hours waiting on food which was meant to be a relatively quick lunch, so had no time to waste by making a complaint. Such a shame, as the food would have otherwise been nice."

"Very good service and beautiful location on the canal. The food was good, not great but good. I swallowed one off/stale mussel before I caught the bad smell from the shell. That ruined our vote which would have been 4 otherwise."
