"I wouldn't have given 5 stars, but I would have stood at more than 3/5, but the commensal sitting in front of me is threatening to review the restaurant with a maximum star because of a non-excellent miso (which she will describe in her comment with definitely more offensive metaphors). I honestly do not believe the reaction of lidia (the girl I mentioned above) is commensurate with the real quality of the service, so I feel obliged to rebalance his excessively negative vote with my excessively positive.
