We ordered soups and the fondue. The minestrone soup whilst tasty was very miserable portion. The Fondue was delicious. The service was good but waiter not very pleasant.

The food is very average, and the list of choices rather poor. The restaurant is well situated, so it naturally attracts people, but there are better places in town. The service is good and friendly.

We stayed at Krebs Hotel for two nights and had the breakfast buffet included in our rate. And we also had dinner at the restaurant one night. We thought the breakfast buffet was good, but the dinner was just so-so.

Excellent service, we don't reserve any table, but the waiter is so nice and try best to find one for us. The raclette grill is so great, the melted cheese with bacon and sausage, it makes our Swiss trip even more memorable

Food was excellent as always. I come here every time I visit Interlaken. This visit stood out as special thanks to head waiter Yuri and his team. Smart, efficient and perfect manners, despite it being really hot weather and very very busy. Congratulations boys you're doing a great job.

My wife and I ate in the restaurants (2) twice while staying in the hotel. The first time was to try a real Swiss fondue, the second to try the A la Carte because we enjoyed the fondue so much. We were happy with all four meals and with the service, which has attracted some criticism. Recommended.

Friendly and helpful service particularly Rachellia who is very patience n informative. Room was clean and spacious mint condition. Fantastic location 3min walks from Interlaken West Station awesome!! Use this hotel as base for 7 days to move around Grindelward and Lauterbrunnen. Very central of everything will stay here again

terrible cold service no love in the food. tried the fondue. hard soda biscuits for the bread. had a rosti and it was a sloppy mess. staff were rude. except the asian girl who seemed new and was a good little waitress. the swiss/german guy/girl were rude and ignorant and acted like they did not care if you we're there. food is overpriced for what you get.

Rang to make a reservation as there wasn’t the ability to book online. No one answered for a while so left the phone ringing, when the woman very rudely answered I got shouted at for “ringing 15 times when I’m doing a check in” I rang once, and clearly didn’t know she was doing a check in. Safe to say I told her not to worry about the reservation anymore, extremely rude
