"Décevant de l'entrée au plat, plus de deux heures d'attente avec un service qui laisse plus qu'à désirer (lunettes de soleil sur la tête, telephone qui sort de la poche) aucune écoute, les plats avec peu de goût... La seule satisfaction a été le dessert. Évidemment paiement par cb impossible, nous avons été prévenu à la fin... Aucun merci aucune formule de politesse, et notre avis a été partagé par les voisins de table qui ont aussi été agacés pas l'attente interminable! À éviter sur ales !"

"I'm an American and have enjoyed Chinese-American food for many decades. Been in south of France the past year and the Asian restaurants .... well, boring and not good, perhaps because the French don't like spicy. But this is the first Chinese place I've really liked. For France, especially for Ales, fantastic. If I go a couple of times to a Chinese restaurant and like it and feel comfortable I'll order Sweet and Sour Pork. This dish is a good way to judge. If they use cheap or poorly cut pork you get too much fat or gristle and the dish sucks. Here it was wonderful, with with crispy fried pork slices stir-fried in the sauce so this is now my go-to Chinese restaurant. As a plus the owners are nice. He's Vietnamese and has family in Texas and Baton Rouge but does not speak English. No matter, we communicated. Btw I am calling this a Chinese restaurant based on the menu. In the US Vietnamese restaurants seem to serve pho but here in France the term "Vietnamese" seems to indicate some sort of Asian restaurant.Anyway this is good Chinese food that all should enjoy, even Americans."

"Restaurant really above my expectations. To start the waiter was very nice, the restaurant is very chic. I ordered a heavenly cocktail that I found extremely good, then I took a paved of romsteak bleeding, it happens and cooking is perfect, honestly I had never tasted such a tender meat and that requires so little effort to chew. To finish I took a chocolate mousse that was very good but the only thing to say on it is that there is a little too much and as it is quite sweet it gets a little bit of annoying. But it does not change my vision of this restaurant that I recommend 100%. Prices are not too low but are perfectly justified by the quality of food and service (I felt like I was in a gastronomic ahah . In short if you want a very good restaurant on Alès do not hesitate and go to it;"

"Super cool super friendly, top-of-the-top cuisine, home-made with products of excellence. From lunch to dessert these super good. I kif their kitchen. The terrace and not quiet is because of the cars that pass close but for a kitchen as its really is worth a visit. Meal of the day a little men of 17€ in dessert dish. Or a little bit men from 15€ entered flat or dessert dish. Good tasting, let me know!!!"
