"I'm an American and have enjoyed Chinese-American food for many decades. Been in south of France the past year and the Asian restaurants .... well, boring and not good, perhaps because the French don't like spicy. But this is the first Chinese place I've really...liked. For France, especially for Ales, fantastic. If I go a couple of times to a Chinese restaurant and like it and feel comfortable I'll order Sweet and Sour Pork. This dish is a good way to judge. If they use cheap or poorly cut pork you get too much fat or gristle and the dish sucks. Here it was wonderful, with with crispy fried pork slices stir-fried in the sauce so this is now my go-to Chinese restaurant. As a plus the owners are nice. He's Vietnamese and has family in Texas and Baton Rouge but does not speak English. No matter, we communicated. Btw I am calling this a Chinese restaurant based on the menu. In the US Vietnamese restaurants seem to serve pho but here in France the term Vietnamese seems to indicate some sort of Asian restaurant. Anyway this is good Chinese food that all should enjoy, even Americans."

"Restaurant really above my expectations. To start the waiter was very nice, the restaurant is very chic. I ordered a heavenly cocktail that I found extremely good, then I took a paved of romsteak bleeding, it happens and cooking is perfect, honestly I had never tasted such a tender meat and that requires so little effort to chew. To finish I took a chocolate mousse that was very good but the only thing to say on it is that there is a little too much and as it is quite sweet it gets a little bit of annoying. But it does not change my vision of this restaurant that I recommend 100%. Prices are not too low but are perfectly justified by the quality of food and service (I felt like I was in a gastronomic ahah . In short if you want a very good restaurant on Alès do not hesitate and go to it;"

"After several attempts, we finally managed to eat in this restaurant. reception is immediately hot, the room and the very clean environment. we took the menu of the day of the flat dessert entrance to € and we were not disappointed. generous plates, cooked dishes and fresh, short, perfect for a faster meal. However, don't ask the boss what's made of the cup of cevenole, you might put it angry. Bravo to the whole team, from the kitchen to the service. a good address to which we will think the future."

"Faire fi des à-priori ! Oui, il existe des restaurants sans terrasse, au bord d'une route passante qui s'avèrent très surprenant. L'Andali est de ceux là. Le décor est agréable, le service sympathique quant à la cuisine!!! Quand j'ai découvert la carte et les menus, je m'attendais à une cuisine familiale au vu des prix. Et pourtant, le chef arrive à présenter des produits (frais) et des assiettes dignes d'un gastronomique. Un rapport qualité prix excellent et l'accueil toujours sympathique.Le foie gras, les noix de saint-jacques aux ravioles, le homard, le tartare...tout est bon. Pour les déçus, oui, ne revenez pas, cela fera de la place à ceux qui apprécient la bonne cuisine à prix abordables. A refaire sans modération..."
