"It all started so well, a warm welcome and a very original presentation of the restaurant concept. We adapt to your allergies and tastes. For a vegan like me, I thought I was gonna eat funny, so. So we say that I'm a vegan and there, the waitress' smile is erased instantly and she tells us not the vegans we're not doing. I was completely shocked. They boast that they adapt to all... except to vegans visibly. I always have a good surprise to say, but then if I'm allergic to lactose, how do I do it? His answer: bah you will have egg ... okay so if I am allergic to lactose and eggs and I do not eat fish or meat I do not have the right to eat. Yet there was a vegetarian dish on the map, it would be enough to adapt it, because they pride themselves on cooking fresh products and at the moment. I've never seen this before. 10 years of plantism I had never been said so dryly eyes in the eyes are not made for vegans, and even less in a restaurant that boasts to adapt to its customers. From the corner of the street to the Michelin star I never had a refusal like that, nor difficulty finding a small vegan thing to put me under the tooth. It was clear, not even a little salad, nothing proposed, just a No, then without soul condition or even pretending to be sorry. Fortunately, the other restaurants are not like that and we found a minute later in the same street to satisfy the 4 customers we had included a vegan and a vegetarian."
