"Stopped here for dinner on our first night in Avignon. It was pretty early for dinner in France but we were starving and couldn't wait so we were the first customers of the evening and had no trouble getting a table. The cozy interior is a great combination of quaint and funky. Our waiter didn't speak too much English and our French is terrible but his demeanor was friendly throughout the meal and we had no trouble communicating our order. Vegetable ravioli with homemade burrata cheese was a welcome surprise and the Andouillette sausage a true rustic preparation.Add to that a bottle of top shelf Chateauneuf du Pape and a bill for under 100 Euros and you get a terrific meal at a good value."

We were disappointed in this restaurant. I had the duck which was rubbery and tasteless. My wife wife had fish which was ok. The French toast dessert was very good. The service was good.

Great food well priced. Lovely wine. Good service. Huge whole seabass, delicious duck, great snails. The iced tea was home made. The profiteroles and molten chocolate pudding were a hit. Off the beaten track with inside and outside seating.

We almost didn't go in, as from outside the restaurant looked a bit run down. However I'm glad we did as the both the service and the food was good, It is popular with the locals, as was evident - they all knew haw to close the door so that it didn't swing open again! We would happily go there again. View menu

We visited the restaurant and in general avignon during eastern holidaysWe had several choices from the menu and all of them were great! The service although had a difficulty with english but still helped us a lot to make the right choices. The prices were ok and with good correlation to the quality of the food

Small but interesting restaurant. Our choices were primarily fish, but there were other meat items on the menu. Our only complaint was that they served us whole fish without boning or assistance. The fish tasted great, but bones were prevalent. I would give this restaurant 3 stars for food and 3 stars for value.

We were desperate to find somewhere to eat one night, Lots of restaurants were closed(France playing in the Euros??) This place was not bad but could do better for the price. The snails were a nightmare to get into even with tools. The fish and veg were well cooked but the desserts were ready frozen efforts So average . Not bad but not great View menu

We found this small restaurant in old Avignon through local recommendations and Tripadvisor reviews, and we are glad we did. It's a great dining experience. The menu is small, but the dishes are extremely well prepared and tasty. The service is also excellent. We had a the snails as an appetizer, and the fish and duck as mains. (Oddly enough, the "Blue Pig" has almost no pork on the menu!) You can dine inside the quaint main restaurant or at some tables in the street. We chose the inside and enjoyed sitting next to a large herd of pig figurines, many of them indeed blue.

We ate here on Friday 20th May having booked our table via the restaurants Facebook page.A realky interesting little restaurant with not many covers that seemed to be staffed by the chef and one waiter - service though was very very good.Food was clearly prepared with very fresh ingredients, beautifully cooked and presented.Good atmosphere with a mxture of locals and visitors to Avignon - a somewhat unusual style of decoration, I am sure that part of the wood panelling and mirrors are from an old railway carriage! We will definitely revisit on our next trip to Avignon in October
