Nous avons mangé plusieurs fois durant nos vacances et nous avons jamais été déçu aussi bien à midi que le soir. Le cadre est agréable comme les serveuses et les plats délicieux. Le Wok de canard est à goûté ainsi que le burger comme un peu tout puisque que tout y est vraiment cuisiné par le chef. Incontournable à Marciac

a little disappointing today. we were here several times before the kovid and were pleasantly surprised. Today we visited with friends and the menu de jour was quite good, except the Rump-Steak, who was cooked ingeniously (provenly rare) was full of sünden. our friends had the tornados of the escape, which were unfortunately overhauled, the cook left them too long. the crumb of pfirsich was beautiful, but more of a tartlet than fragile and something too sweet.

date night with my beautiful woman. we had not tried la fabrique, so we thought we would give them a try on the basis of an interesting looking menu. foie gras was a bit tasteless (how is this possible and the entrecôte were overdue. nothing bad with eating, but not in some way inspiring. the prices seem a bit on the high-side for the opposite, and I hope not try to propagate a failed business because this is inevitable to fire again. the service was great, but for top brands! We've been to this restaurant three or four times and it never fails to deliver. At lunchtime they offer a three or two course formule' which usually includes a homemade burger or a fish course. There isn't a huge choice but thats because its all...freshly cooked. The speed of service was exceptional, even with a near full terrace our waitress arrived within no time. Only a couple of minutes later our drinks and starters were on the table. The service continued to be attentive and swift. The bill was a very pleasant surprise lunch and drinks coffees for two for under Euros. Overall the food was nice but not exceptional but it gets my stars because of the service, value and charming ambiance.

First time trying this restaurant. Everything is made on the premises. The starters were good, and imaginative. My beef was acceptable. The menu is a reasonable price, wine is included. However three members of our group wished to have salad instead of the main dish...included on the menu. The waiter did not offer the à la carte menu to enable their choice, he did verbally suggest various salads, but omitted to say that these salads would be charged separately, together with the starters. This resulted in the final bill being much higher than anticipated. when this restaurant opened, it showed a lot of promise. unfortunately in the last months it went downhill quickly. today, a beautiful sunny day off when the other restos were packed out on the square, we were among the eight customers eating there. the reasons... become very clear. very bad choice on the set menu supplements on two of three main courses, one of which was a duck that is a clasp around here! and the other on the Burger service, which can best be described as casual' and food that was obviously brought by the same of brake brothers. if she bark tough, as old boots snef is a standard companion, but no, they had none. if she a burger very common for the price kit is a standard c...
