The 5 we give following our passage to the Fourchette des Ducs gather and speak for all the irreproachable aspects of service and kitchen. Obviously, it's first the chef's cuisine, dishes and inventiveness that we salute. A pleasure to be able to find the charm of Alsace in a painting that manages to gather with delicacy and harmony as many flavors. I wish everyone could experience it and I promise that, like the Alsatians and their generosity, we are no longer hungry when we leave. A remarkable culinary work that deserves to thank the cooks and the chef for these proposals. Finally, the waiters and all those who ensure that we don't miss anything, honor the elegance of the hotel while making our meal a sweet and warm moment. A balanced sobriety I enjoyed.
