The speed between courses was really slow, leaving us customers with a feeling of being stuck between one tasting and another. The quality of the food seemed rather poor and with bland flavors (a curious factor if we're talking about Piedmontese cuisine , arriving at the first course we were able to taste a really flavorful pasta with meat sauce, the same luck didn't happen to a vegetarian friend of ours who Pasta with vegetables was served almost all'acqua pazza we would dare say made up of a broth of fresh tomatoes and almost boiled aubergines (maybe? . The too long wait between one course and another and the completely lost sense of appetite exactly 2 hours after arriving at the table forced us to skip the last two courses and kindly ask for dessert and coffee. Here too the vegetarian friend was able to taste a nougat cake of which it only had a similar color to nougat, because we were really far away in terms of taste. In conclusion, perhaps exasperated by the environment itself and by the long wait, we left the place.
