"Owner rude, arrogant and unfit to be with the public. He made us pay for table service the increase of which is NOT indicated in the prices displayed even though we served ourselves. I didn't know that breathing oxygen in a room had a cost. Obviously discussing it in a civil manner was of no use given the level of rudeness, in fact the guy even allowed himself to snort and act annoyed because I pointed out to him that he was clearly wrong. I want to criticize the lady who was courteous and tried to explain to us in a humane way phantom and completely arbitrary decisions. It would be enough to follow the law by displaying the prices so that one can CHOOSE whether to pay 2.50 euros for a cappuccino and above all so as to avoid having a social relationship with such a person."
