this house, apart from the city center, deserves to be known. Two words summarize it: authenticity and professionalism. authenticity in the warmth of the reception, in the home products, in the decoration. professionalism in service, which changes a lot of amateur of most chamonix restaurants. Anyway, go have fun or celebrate an event, you'll be happy!

Our favourite restaurant for celebrating family events for over 20 years. This time it was our 45th wedding anniversary and it was as good as ever, albeit more expensive since they’ve dropped the fixed price menus. The boudin starter is a house speciality and not to be missed. My wife was equally impressed by the smoked salmon panacotta. Our evening was enhanced by the attentive, thoughtful and pleasantly humorous service from our waiter, Richard.

It's been or times we come to lunch at the carrier house. We have been very satisfied every time, both by the reception and the service and by the quality of the dishes. waitresses and waiters are very attentive, friendly and cordial. The kitchen is well served, the dishes are tasteful and of quality. Today February, we were placed without really giving us the choice of the table, and it was unfortunately in the middle of other tables with very volubile children. luckily, these have been fairly calm and finally it has not really bothered us. However, being able to choose our table would be very appreciated. a good note at the end, and we will certainly return to it. View menu
