Very good food, very pleasant staff. Not expensive at all. Out of all proportion to the usual tourist “restaurants”. The pizze and pasta are impeccably cooked, the chef knows his job. A cute place. You'll spot it from the light blue signage and decorations. We had our first meal in Sorrento here. The salmon with pistachio and lemon cream was superb. Here we ate the best melanzani alla parmigiana, so we ordered one more. All the dishes were the best. And they don't include coverty for each person. This moron here first denied access to sitting inside because we were just going to have some drinks. We then tried to sit outside, but the only table available was not protected by the pergola, and since it was raining, we moved it like 20cm, and the idiot went all crazy and angry because of that. Sorrento is a great place to visit and shop. But if you don't stop at La Maison Douce, you missed out! If taste was visual, spectacular would be the word! It's certainly not the first time I had pizza or gnocchi or ravioli, but it is the first time everything was exactly right and balanced. No exaggerations on salt cheese or oils to cover up the flavors. Everything fresh made or cut. Benjamin, the chef cut the prosciutto right before serving our pizza. 5 stars because there are no 6 stars! View menu
