But the servings were small compared to what you expect in a Khmer restaurant. Cordial staff and well-prepared hot food, but the ambience is nothing much to talk about. Cambodian food ambassador in Paris, the chef offers many courses like shredded pork with coconut milk and Cambodian spices that I've enjoyed last night. A cucumber and shrimp salad is a great start.
