Accueil détestable, personnel désinvolte, carte banale mais prix prohibitifs (on paie le quartier, mais ni le service ni la qualité) à éviter absolument, même pour un café.

Accueil vraiment agréable... service rapide... pour aller boire un verre, c'est très bien, ils peuvent servir des planches de charcuterie et fromage... les prix sont assez corrects... View menu

Je suis allée boire un verre à la Pointe Saint Eustache hier soir avec une amie. Très classique mais prix corrects, et surtout un accueil des plus chaleureux, nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir !

Not much to add. Went there wainting for the centre pompidou to open. Took a double expresso which proved hot and tasty. They were playing some jazz music. Good place for a quick stop. Typical Parisian café

La Pointe Saint-Eustache est un joli petit bistrot juste au coin de l'église de St Eustache. Très bien situé, avec de belles terrasses, la déco est sobre et accueillante. Although service was slow our waiter was very friendly and our orders were all correct even with our poor French. My steak frites was cooked perfectly and they don't kill you with the prices. My one issue was that we were seated near a glass wall that blocked any sort of breeze so it was quite hot and sort of defeated the purpose of dining outside. All in all a good experience for just stumbling on a place to eat.

Thursday the 13 of July near 7pm I was talking to a friend of mine not far from this bistrot. A woman with long pony tail, probably the waitress or the owner of La Pointe Saint-Eustache, came up to me, pulling a long face and asked me "are you the one who dined and dashed with your girlfriends two days ago?¨I was confused at first, then I tried to explain to her that it was not me. She insisted that she was right and gave me this contemptuous look the whole time she talked at me. At the end I told her that I could show her my ID and that was as far as I could think of as solution. After our great lunch at La Pointe Saint-Eustache, we decided to have dinner there after about 2 days from our first visit. Sad to say the rude service we received from the waiter garners a 2 out 5 or a poor rating for this place. Basically, my family and I (3 adults) sat at the corner table inside the restaurant. Mu husband has a bulky backpack that couldn't fit under the table so he decided to grab a chair to put it down on. This is exactly the same thing we did during our lunch visit and the waiter then even helped us place the chair near us for the bag.
