"In a nutshell: There are plenty of better places in Berlin. You should definitively pick another one. This one isn't "bad", but it's clearly not worth the money, and the quality is very average. Now, there's a running gag going on in this restaurant: - La raclette suggests a French Restaurant but nobody speaks French there- "La Raclette"... The first thing they let you know when you sit in in summer is ... There is no raclette. That account for 2/3 of the main dishes menu and the name of the restaurant, but there is no Raclette... Sure !- Although it has a 1664 (French beer) panel in front, some ads for various beers inside, they don't serve beer. How come? o_O Sure, wine is more expensive, it's a great way to force customer into paying more....Speaking about paying... 50€ each for entrance, main dish and a glass of wine. That is EXTREMELY expensive for Berlin standard, and clearly not worth that price for the quality of food and service.Had Tartare (which was spelled tatare in the menu, go figure out, R are optionals somestimes I suppose), very basic, almost only raw meat. Nothing like the traditional French one.Boeuf bourguignon was good, but not a real boeuf bourguignon, rather something somehow artificial and warmed up, with a quite heavy dark sauce. A revisit maybe.About the atmosphere, I'd say great ! Except that they played for the 2 hours we were there the very same Stromae disc, which after the second (if not first) time is getting... Kind of annoying. Especially that it's not like the CDs was recently released...Overall, if the price was a third of it, we would have an interesting address. At that price, they claim a quality they are far from delivering."
