Although very good, it is not the best restaurant in Paris when it comes to quality I reserve 5 stars of quality for places like the Eiffel Tower restaurant, or the Blue Train but it certainly deserves 5 stars for the value proposition is a. I must say that it is quite rare to find a place with such high quality ratio in Paris. Almost all courses are very good. The only negative thing I can say about this restaurant is that all desserts are not excellent (the chocolate molly is great) and that they recently removed from the menu my favorite dish: the pata negra escalope! Super nice staff, speak English, in the centre of Paris ... highly recommended. this restaurant does not display at first sight the same claims as its former ship just face, the excellent jacques cagna, eponymous of its owner today more or less retired. and yet from the entrance we know that we are home to great food professionals. the service is of the same level as in many stars with, and that is what makes the difference, a friendly and benevolent contact (friendly but unfamiliar! . the wines are excellent, the foie gras of duck home, the jelly at the porto is divine and I fested with the wild duck roasted at the brooch. The only one my companion ordered was as exquisite. One without fault!
