Una cuina excel·lent. El Marc Ribas, que ens va està orientant sobre què menjar i en acabar es va interessar com havia anat el sopar, és una persona amabilissima, propera i senzilla. Els vins blanc i negre que serveix en copa com a vi de la casa són molt bons, especialment el negre. La tapa de carxofa amb anxova es excel·lent. El caneló Rossini és boníssim. I l'arròs el Ciri, amb calamercets, brutal. Els porros també són deliciosos.
