"Although listed as a hotel, the restaurant is open to all. Very friendly service, good atmosphere. The menu is extensive but hard to view until you arrive since the samples provided online are just snippets. It is in four languages, including English and has a lot of allergy information. The cuisine is typical for the Dolomites (Ladina), kind of a cross between German and Italian. I had a delicious goulash soup followed by rye-bread dumplings with Speck (German ham) on a bed of lightly cooked shredded cabbage. The Tiramisu to follow was excellent. My wife's vegetable soup, followed by goulash with polenta and Panna Cotta was also excellent. The service was very attentive."

"La cabina è stata ristrutturata e ampliata. Purtroppo, probabilmente hanno predetto più posti di quanto riescano. Non ci siamo rimpianti dell'attesa, ma mancava il servizio. I piatti arrivarono in tempi diversi: alcuni di noi avevano già finito di mangiare quando altri ancora aspettavano. Abbiamo dovuto ripeterlo più volte. I camerieri sembravano affamati e confusi e persino ingiusti. Peccato! Il posto è spettacolare e il cibo era buono nelle baite medie."

"I am writing this as we finished our 2nd visit in 2 days to this lovely restaurant. We were in a hired car from Venice when we asked our driver (local Corvara resident) if he had a recommended place to eat. Adlerkeller was the only one he mentioned. Food was delicious. If you are tired of Italian food, you will be happy here. We had onion soup, escargot, beef tartare, one of the steaks, pork shank, ravioli etc. Lots of wine by the glass, perfect for us who don't like drinking the whole bottle Service was excellent. Unobstrusive but attentive. Feels like a relaxed fine dining place. Both times we ended up paying around euro 160 for 3 pax which is excellent for this quality. We have 3 more nights in Corvara. I am pretty sure we will come back 1 more time to Adlerkeller."

"We did not stay at the hotel, but the restaurant service in summer (could be different in winter) was an absolute joke. The midday opening hours were shorter than announced when we tried, the kitchen opens only from 7 PM for dinner, and once (in the right hours) nobody noticed us at the outside patio... In a course of a week, we tried 3 times and never had a chance to eat there. There is another place downstairs called Mathiaskeller which we used twice as a fallback. The food was relatively good, the views nice, but we had a feeling that we create unwanted work for the staff as they were happiest talking to each other at the bar rather than waiting customers. The third time, nobody came out at all and we headed for a supermarket to get a DYI version of the South Tyrolean hospitality... To conclude positively, we can highly recommend the Pescosta Rainaldo supermarket in downtown Calfosch."

"Ho frequentato una cena serale dove si porta al rifugio dal villaggio Colfosco. Devo dire che purtroppo il rapporto qualità prezzo non è del migliore considerato che si paga 95 euro per testa più qualsiasi bevanda. Buon cibo ma niente di eccitante. Musica registrata. Cibo: 3 Servizio: 4 Ambiente: 5"
