La Trattoria is quite popular, and we noticed several customers politely turned away at the door or over the phone due to lack of availability. One thing to note is that the building is old and narrow, so there isn’t a lot of space around the tables. If you have mobility issues or are in a wheelchair, it’s best to check in advance to ensure accessibility."

nice eating, friendly, helpful staff, good ambiente and I liked the music. only on the bottom was the price for beer at £7 for a pint of london pride, but I would recommend this as a beautiful little restaurant!

a really relaxing family run Italian restaurant with a good menu, good price and an exceptional service. even though we hadn't booked they squeezed us in. (even if it was next to the ladies! I highly recommend the restaurant but book if you can!

Last night, we were fortunate to have made a reservation just before they got busy. The food was excellent, especially the pizzas, which had a great selection. The staff was very accommodating with the children. We would definitely return when we visit Swanage again.

Nice food and friendly staff. They were happy to swap out mushrooms for mixed peppers on my pizza. They also have balsamic vinegar. They are only using a few of the tablets to help with social distancing. They seem to have the same problem as many shops in the area, that they are short staffed.
