We were spontaneously there and were very cordially served. Beautiful well maintained inn with a large outdoor area and typical Franconian and very tasty food. The price was good. The staff was very friendly. Very recommended!

The food was fine, only the lumps didn't taste like potatoes, maybe stretched. For us a little salt. But the worst of all, the table was up, you had to bend forward constantly to eat. We had back after that. We don't want to talk about prices. The staff was quick and very accommodating.

Hervorragend, sowohl das Hotel als auch die Gaststätte. Sympatische und zuvorkommende Gastgeber! Zimmer ausreichend groß, freundlich und hell mit großem Balkon, ruhige Lage. Sehr gute Küche, alles zu empfehlen! Wir haben unsere Silberhochzeit dort verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen wieder!!!! View menu

We stayed on a Tuesday evening for dinner at the Karolinenhöhe farm, with reservation because the place was as often visited. All services were very attentive and friendly, drinks and food came very quickly and everything tasted excellent. Only the supplements of salad could be more beautifully dressed, but tastefully he was completely fine. With four people, one drink, four main foods and two desserts we were at 80 euros. This is when you know what good food and good staff costs very fair, if not cheap. Very recommended!

Das Essen war gut. Die Bedienung hervorragend und sehr aufmerksam. Ich finde die Nebenräume etwas steril. Der alte Teil des Gasthofs hat einfach mehr Atmosphäre. Die Abzüge beim Essen sind minimal. Das Schäuferla war ziemlich dunkel geraten. Im ersten Augenblick dachte ich es wäre verbrannt. War aber einwandfrei. Der optische Eindruck hatte getäuscht. Das ist sicherlich auch der Zeit geschuldet. Wir waren gegen 13:30 Uhr dort. Es hätte allgemein etwas mehr Soße sein dürfen. Ich bin mir aber sicher wir hätten welche bekommen wenn wir nachgefragt hätten.
