"The Landgasthof „Zur Sonne“ was our destination today. We were very impressed by the pleasant atmosphere and the attentive and friendly staff. Man and dog can feel comfortable here. The food was delicious and tasty. The dishes are very nicely dressed and the portions are rather lush. I would have liked something more strongly, but it tasted so great. The prices are fair and we certainly weren't here for the last time."

Great surroundings with horse couplings, the best view from Oberursel on Frankfurt, very nice terrace and bright, pleasant interior, not only very suitable for celebrations. With 12 people after reservation get nice places in the outdoor area with great views to Frankfurt. Very friendly and fleeting service. Food came quickly and together! Very nice portions, recommended all dishes with “green sauce”. Problemless separate payment possible and a schnapps on the house delighted everyone to leave. You like to go back there!

We knew the restaurant and have been there on various occasions. This time we were disappointed with the menu and even more with the dishes that were then served. The biggest disappointment was the pizza. You shouldn't make the mistake of resting on your laurels. An offer of cold dishes would also be nice, not everyone wants to eat warm or a salad in the evening
