"This turned out to be a great place for beer and lunch. The beers on tap are from the local brewery which were good. They have a lot of other alcoholic drinks available as well if beer isn't your thing. As for the food, both dishes were delicious. The smoked trout was very balanced between the smokiness and natural flavor of the fish. The lamb kebab was amazing, the lamb itself had great flavor and tasted good without the herb sauce provided (which was also good). The vegetables and the fries were just as good, the natural flavors of the vegetables bringing out the lamb flavor. Definitely a good place to grab a bite to eat."

"Tal y como lo resumo: la comida de este restaurante está muy muy por encima de los niveles habituales de italianos a los que he ido, y he ido a muchos. Fuimos la primera noche en Rothemburg después de leer las críticas en el trip y debemos decir que son muy merecidas. De hecho, repetimos la segunda noche.De comer, rigatoni al forno, risotto gamberi, giganti ripieni, lasagna y carpaccio con manzana y trufa. Si hubiéramos estado otra noche en Rothemburg, hubiéramos vuelto.Y luego, de precio, está muy muy bien para la calidad de la comida. El servicio un 10 también."

"We walked in the restaurant and asked to go find our own tables. When the food arrived it was thrown on the table and the waitress left faster than Speedy Gonzalez. We had to fetch our own parmesan and pepper. We didn't once get asked if everything was ok or if we needed another drink. You could forgive the crappy service but the food was really awful. The Carbonara was scrambled eggs with pasta and the ravioli with salmon dried and tasteless. So we left 3 quarters of the food in the plate and now searching for some sort of takeaway as all other restaurants are closed. When I gave the feedback I was told that's how Germans like it...thats a load of rubbish. We had Carbonara in Cologne, Bonn, Eisenach and nobody scrambles the eggs. Either that or they are racist as one of the waitresses asked in German the guy who was at the door what nationality we are: English. We're **** Irish! Review written by two hungry travellers. Obviously it won't be pretty!"

"We have landed spontaneously here . The pizza as well as the spaghetti with seafood were very delicious! The pizza has a thin floor, a crispy edge and a lot of covering and this is not covered by cheap cheese. The spaghetti were al dente and very finely tasted and with a large portion of seafood. The service was very attentive and friendly. We like to come back!"

"Schon lang keine so gute Pizza mehr gegessen. Sind drei Tage hintereinander hin. Jede Pizza absolut perfect. Super dünn, saftig und aromatisch. Service absolut tip-top: Aufmerksam, fix, freundlich, zuvorkommend und mitdenkend. Sowas ist selten in Deutschland. Ambiente ist natürich auch ausgezeichnet: Zwischen zwei historischen Stadttoren - was will man mehr?"
