"As usual, an extra ordinary hotel at regular rate, beautiful rooms, generous welcome, inspired cuisine: special mention for the cuisine that has always been surprising (in the right sense) even on the dishes said unsurprisingly. Ultimate hand-held test: The cheese plate is not out of price, yet always with a quality selection, kept at BONNE temperature. The hotel is not in the most touristic and animated city, but facing a perfectly restored church with atypical stones. Depending on the season and time the sunset on its main façade is magnificent. Only small flat, the most pleasant rooms (with balcony) are not on this side. They nevertheless remain very spacious, well-appointed and without screws."
