"Arrived by chance at the Alegria on Sommieres a Friday night to settle after a hook right next to the Roc de Massereau (very good). A very nice place we were 5 (2 adults and 5 and 3 children/ados). The tapas were really great: our heartfelt blow for the fried calamars and the honey eggplant sticks (a killing). Let us add to this a staff of extreme kindness. The sangria Lolea n1 was a treat. "C'est un établissement extraordinaire. En couple, nous nous y sommes rendus pour un dîner. L'accueil a été chaleureux et convivial. Le cadre surprenant à la décoration sobre et élégante en première salle, la seconde est voutée et tout aussi charmante.La carte est juste ce qu'il faut et chacun y trouvera son plaisir. Elle laisse supposer des produits frais, chose qui nous a été confirmée par la suite. Le service est de qualité et attentionné. Le conseil est juste. Le foi gras et son chutney est juste exceptionnel, le magret de canard accompagné de légumes confirme l'excellence, le mi cuit aux trois chocolats est un pur régal. Tout comme la tarte aux asperges ou la poire poché en Cygne tou chou.Nos papilles se sont tellement régalées que nous nous y sommes rendus le lendemain midi et avons choisi l'assiette végétarienne. L'accueil, le service, les plats, tout a été à nouveau parfait! Merci à toute l'équipe pour votre professionnalisme et excellence! A bientôt,"

"Very bad experience, The photo is beautiful: beautiful, very well maintained castle. On the other hand, approximate reception and catering not at all up to par. We are a group of 9 people: The aperitifs are served in 3 waves while the last glasses are ready on the bar, we are still waiting and it will be like this for the whole meal. The dishes have nice names but out of 2 pieces of bull, one is much overcooked and the other is good, some dishes arrive too salty, one of us has a large brown hair on his plate and I, I I have 5 big bones in my appetizer. The wine is served in such a way that the last one has none and the next bottle is automatically brought (old technique). The dessert is just inedible. What to say ?
