We were there for lunch. The terrace is pleasant and well shaded because this noon was very hot.We opted for the menu of the day at 20 euro (flat entrance). We were offered an excellent mooring salad as an entrance and a salmon net (unfortunately too cooked) as a dish. The riesling chosen with 20 euro the bottle was delicious.

we go there every year, every time it is less and less well. the service is not professional to the Vosges, we have asked for a beef tartar, yes but there are no fries they are reserved for fried mussels! ah yes and we can't just have a little... I'm gonna see... not possible just salad. A lot of people were disrespectful of the service on the 15th of August I don't know if I'm going to go back.

We had lunch and dinner several times at the restaurant of the Auberge, not a single disappointment to the program of these agapes! So the grilled white tuna paved, the braised pork jar, the meunière trout, the keel in the oven, the pork cheeks or the Vosges board (assortment of cutters and cheeses), all these dishes of course accompanied by pasta, rice, fries or vegetables, have been greatly appreciated both in terms of quantity and in terms of taste!

having booked a room in this establishment, we took our evening meal and breakfast there. the reception is very friendly and family. the room was clean and pleasant. the excellent meal: the hearty and top-quality Vosges board, the riesling pork cheek: smooth and excellent. As to service, there's nothing to say. the staff is attentive to our comfort and very effective. only flat, as the building is old, it is a bit noisy (spitting and slamming doors), especially when some customers have no civism and come back late in the night by talking loudly and having no regard for people who sleep.

At first, everything seemed correct. But many details have taken the stay: in the room, no doors to the toilets but a kind of closet door instead. This hotel was probably renovated but in the short run: the floor cutting around the toilets is not easy, it looks like it was made by an amateur, idem for the finishes. In the morning, the water was barely warm, and when we report the problem to the management, the only answer is "ahh but it's because everyone takes his shower at the same time!" and "I can't do it!" no commercial gesture and a vase response to drown the fish.
