"very pleasant frame, rates and keeping of the servers wanting to be close to the top of the range. But. a server offers us a table for two outside in the wooden indian tent .puis no more! After having seen spending 3 or 4 different servers, which superbly ignored us, in 20 minutes, we folded luggage for the more welcoming pub 100m further.!Maybe that the fact of not showing our vuitton bags (which we didn't have)! did not help, but not being at the georgesv either, I didn’t think I was snobbed by 18-year-old snobbing servers, staining the green line of the trip.I was 100 times better received from restaurants much higher in range, with the same sneakers at the feet.! a shame sir!"

the frame is pleasant, the service is irreproachable. The tapas are very original and delicious. The open kitchen makes you want to taste all the dishes!

lunch in the large bright room where there was little world. very good knife pie seasoned in front of the customer, very good fries. Welcome a little remote. Brewery kitchen and pleasant setting.

We were there a Friday night and there was a lot of people. It is a modern brewery located at the new courthouse. we were pleasantly surprised and took a private bubble cup in aperitif for 3.90. a 3-course menu for 28.00 lamb pass were very tasty as well as the back of cod /

We enjoyed a nice dinner at Le 1. Service was friendly, the dishes presented nicely and the wine great! Dishes are quite simple but well done. The steak was served saignant as requested and was very tender. A mini wok of chicken with noodles was a nice change and the starter of crab with tomatoes and a chantilly savoury and appetising. A nice experience.

It is always a pleasure for the eyes and taste buds at every visit. in addition to a beautiful place, the team is of great professionalism and very kind. the dishes are innovative and perfectly executed. I was rarely as surprised by a dish that seems simple. A big bravo for the kitchen. ratio quality price very correct. And even if it's not within the reach of all the scholarships. I'd save money if I have to.

dinner at 2 and unanimous advice: the quality of the dishes is not at all at the height of what this restaurant claims (frame and rates)Entrées: melon smoothie not fresh enough, naan very small and not really like what it should be. dishes: wok with noodles bcp and few vegetables, probably added after cooking. Chorizo crust cooked fish: once again the fish and its crust (which had not refined the desired taste) did not cook together...We spent our turn for desserts. The price of wine with glass is high given the quality offered. However, a nice setting and quality service. We won't go back.

after many passages, quality remains acceptable but has nevertheless deteriorated greatly. if the card remains attractive the realization is no longer at the height of the beginning, or at the mother house (the cigal.) the gray dorade is slightly too cooked, the sauce without flavor. a red fruit dessert with a shotamisu style but the result is trivial. The room is very noisy. the average but a little slow service, waitresses a little lost and a little room manager brings. On the other hand, the trays of the day remain an excellent choice, with fresh products cooked in an imaginative way, for a modest price.

"When in Nantes at the last-minute, I used my TA app on my iPhone to find something great near me. I called, and the person I spoke to couldn't have nicer, and said "come on over". I did. The restaurant was virtually empty, despite the fact that a couple of other places I called were booked solid and had no more tables available. The "acceuil" (welcome) couldn't have been nicer. The choices on offer were a fixed formula of 2 entrées, 2 mains, and 2 desserts. I was told that this was as they use only fresh products. I chose a main of cheese/pesto stuffed ravioli with a cream, tomato and cilantro sauce. It arrived quickly, but was maybe room temperature. The hope of fresh cilantro giving a "twist" to the dish, was there, but a bit in the background. I was a bit disappointed, as I couldn't identify the ravioli as being "home-made". In fact, nothing seemed to be fresh/hand chopped, like the tomatoes. I had the bread pudding for dessert, and it arrived also room temperature, was clearly "home-made" with pears, and clearly bread chunks on the top, with a swirl of chocolate for garnish. It was a bit dry, clearly not made very recently, and the inside (where the bread aspect should have been well-infused), was not throughout. The top of the "cake" had hard, dry bread chunks on it. My impression was that perhaps it was a "slow day", and they weren't putting much effort into it by serving something freshly cooked. There was only one other diner in the place. On the other hand, the serveuse could not have been nicer or more helpful. They feature an interesting international, short wine list with everything available by the glass. The dinner menu (on the blackboard on the wall), looked interesting. I think it merits trying again, if they turn on the stove and start serving food hot off the burner, as the interesting menu seasoning is attractive. Great service, but the food was mediocre this day."
