Le 45 - Menu

The service is very slow and inadequate. We had to wait for more than an hour for our main course, had to ask for bread, water refill, etc. The food was OK, but definitely overpriced

Doesn 't even deserve a star. Racially rejected my friend from entering the restaurant. Upon me complaining on another platform, the excuse was essentially sorry for the miss understanding . This is not OK take accountability, give a proper apology, and hold people responsible. Don 't deny people 's experiences.

We wanted to get out of the lockdown but….We have been treated in the restaurant 45 , majestic Montreux, not appropriate by the management for not good food. I am a diamond member of Hilton and try to change but this was very inappropriate. Stefan Massa should not act at all, very unprofessional and we are still shocked and disappointed

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at this wonderful restaurant. I could not have picked a better place. The views of lake Geneva and the majestic mountains was breath taking. Our dinner was excellent and the staff were super friendly. I highly recommend the beef, which is top quality grilled to perfection. This gourmet restaurant is even somewhat reasonable priced (by Swiss standards)

We got a great table with a nice evening view over lake Geneva. The restaurant and its hotel looked hip and it was obviously recently renovated. Despite all looking quite nice, the service was somewhat slow and the food average. Artichokes gratiné average, beef tartare with English mustard average, free range chicken breast average and the entrecôte parisienne (ribeye) was just overly fatty, hard to cut and chewy.

Went there before the pandemic and didn't like the non quality of everything food, staff etc. Tried again recently. Things have gone even worse! One is not well received. The menu looks ok but the food is not. Much too expensive for what it is. I ordered a 180g beef filet and received a piece of meat that did not even weigh 100 g! Was told that it's the weight before cooking the meat that counts. Sent it back as I didn't agree. The waiter came back saying (in a not nice way) that they would not change the meat. Unacceptable behaviour! Not going back!

Dont miss out book this restaurant , any dish you cant go wrong . Service and food outstanding . Do you self a favor dont sit right at a window , sit bak one you will have a better view. We had both experiences and we really enjoyed not being right at the window and you could look up and see the mountains and the lake. Have fun with the menu, I like to try everything , first not I got a main entree fish it was very good . Second night I ordered the sided and salad and had fun , dont forget the cheese balls the morel cream mushrooms , all of the sides we soo fresh and good . I arrived at the hotel quite late after a long car ride, and upon check-in, I was told that the restaurant kitchen would be closing in 15 minutes. The front-desk employee consulted briefly with the restaurant staff and told me not to rush and that I could freshen up and then go to the table. When I walked to the restaurant, I was kindly welcomed and taken to my table by the window. Again, they told me that I certainly did not have to rush and that I could enjoy an appetizer before making my choice of food. After my appetizer, I chose my two dishes. Beautiful location. But service was terrible. We had a 7pm reservation. We ordered salads to start and filets for our main course. The salads came quickly but then there was a long wait. We ordered more drinks and we were fine but then after an hour we politely asked (for the very first time) our waiter about the status of our food. Our waiter immediately became belligerent and angry with us, telling us “the food will come when it’s ready”. It was quite strange as it was the first time we inquired.
