An extensive menu of French dishes and an great wine list make this a good restaurant. The decor and helpful staff make it a great one.

My appetizer of asparagus and sea scallops was quite different and good. Main course of beef tasty. Excellent cheese selection and decent dessert. Okay Auvergne wine. Pleasant service. Odd decor in the dinner room.

Duck foie gras entre was huge. And good. Faux fillet was tough but tasted OK. (After 3 weeks in France, I'm left with the feeling that if you want a good steak, get one before you leave the US. I haven't seen a restaurant in this class for a long time. Frankly excellent. A great welcome, the places are very clean with a beautiful decoration. The staff is very friendly, pleasant and reactive. Very good dishes are decorated creatively, and despite all it is very copied. Discovered at a professional meal, I'm going back to family. A big thank you to the whole team for this excellent professionalism.

We stayed at the Baillage from Friday to Sunday and we enjoyed it. The hotel is ideally located to visit Salers and make the full of local specialties. Very welcoming and helpful staff, the premises are clean and warm. We had 2 meals at the restaurant and it was very good. Complete menu with very good products and copied plates! Finally we were able to enjoy the spa area: a treat! Well equipped and very clean! Great weekend, we'll be back!

A hotel that we know well to have come there several times. The whole team is adorable, available, listening to the customers. The rooms are more than comfortable, breakfast is excellent, the restaurant room is really very pleasant. The dinner was very good with a very appreciable service. The Spa is particularly warm and relaxing. A very cocooning hotel in a relaxing place. A beautiful address! We will certainly return. Thanks to the staff for their welcome.
