"Le Cambodge was very good and I will return. When we entered I was surprised at the large space and large number of tables . common are SE Asian restaurants in Paris that are tiny and noisy. This restaurant was previously a corner cafĂŠ....Service was quick but not invasive. The two of us tarted to share a fresh vegetarian spring roll that was huge, cut in quarters and loaded with salad, rice noodles and topped with chopped nuts accompanied with a delicious fish sauce. It was so large that my first attempt with chopsticks exploded my slice on the plate. Just the same it was well composed and light. I would recommend it. Main plates arrived quickly, shrimp phĂľ soup and shrimp bo bun. Each were excellent but I thought both lacked some flavor...perhaps our fault for not ordering beef. Beef adds complexity of flavor. Neither soy sauce or hot sauce were offered. The next time certainly I will ask for beef and accompanying sauces...and order the same. Good eats. With three SE Asian beers the cost was an excellent bargain in Paris. I recommend Le Cambodge."
