"this small, comfortable place in the Batignolles district offers a limited yet eclectic map. You should also take a look at the chalk table that lists the dishes of the day. On the evening I went there, the dish of the day included duck magret sliced on a bed of fresh vegetables and herbs, which was exceptional. the atmosphere is optimistic with enthusiastic staff and they play an excellent mix of funk, soul and jazz music. If you arrive at the opening, you may be able to hang a table outside front, but otherwise you will sit in their room on the theme of the underground bar with an old phonograph and a writing machine on the bar, brick walls with old books on the shelves and a "bonnie and clyde" machine hanging over one of the doors."
