"Esperienza, cibo e personale sono tutti da 5 stelle, metto 4 solo perché non ho potuto mangiare ciò che volevo, visto la necessità di prenotarlo prima di venire a mangiare dato il numero ristretto di macchine (vale per raclette, reblochonade, etc. . Nonostante questo fonduta valdostana di fontina buonissima e molto cremose anche le tagliatelle ai porcini. Buonissima anche la fonduta di cioccolato con frutta. Tornerò sicuramente!"

"The restaurant is really nice, cosy and rustic and has a pleasant feel to it. The menu is limited and unfortunately not all the people enjoyed their meals in our group. Cold cuts were excellent, however the mains were hit and miss. Also (perhaps this was a one off and bad luck but the restaurant had a very unpleasant smell inside (the place is clean, so really no idea what it was or where it was coming from... but it wasn't nice! . Unfortunately not one of our better meals in La Thuile."

"Avevo già recensito questo ristorante nel attribuendogli il punteggio massimo. In questi anni abbiamo continuato a frequentarlo confermando sempre il nostro giudizio. Quest'anno ci siamo andati con degli amici e non abbiamo avuto gli stessi riscontri. La zuppa valpellinentze era acquosa e piuttosto insapore, la fonduta di cioccolata è stata servita solo con biscottini, pesche, melone e un frutto che non ho capito se fosse mela o pera tanto era acerbo e insapore, ma il peggio l'abbiamo toccato con la tartare di manzo, servita assolutamente priva dei necessari condimenti. La battuta di carne era ottima, ma mancava assolutamente il necessario per condirla, c'era solo una quantità infinitesimale di capperi e cipolla che a malapena poteva servire per un terzo della carne. Fatta presente questa assurdità alla ragazza che ci serviva, l'abbiamo trovata impreparata (non sapeva assolutamente come si servisse una tartare) e non si è preoccupata minimamente del nostro sbigottimento. In generale tutto lo staff quest'anno ci è sembrato meno professionale. Molto buona invece la fontina grigliata con miele e mocetta. Mi chiedo se non sia cambiato il cuoco. Attribuisco quindi un punteggio medio nella speranza che la situazione torni come è sempre stata, altrimenti a malincuore dovremo rinunciare a questo bel locale"
