"In a bistro atmosphere and with relaxed and smiling service, here you eat very well or rather you TASTE! Cuisine the way we like it! Inventive or traditional, it is executed with taste, brilliance and above all balance!!!!!!! Today for less than 20 euros the formula offered a goat cheese panna cotta, a starter with a welcome lightness and freshness with the outside heat! The cheese was neither too strong nor too faded! It was there and recognizable but could be accepted by the few people who don 't like goats ! This is where we recognize good Chefs! They are able to make you like something you don 't like and LOVE something you do! As for the consistency of this panna cotta, it was PERFECT! Neither too soft nor too “stuck”. In two words, a WONDER! The dish was a light revisitation of osso-bucco. Fabulously good! Well-cooked meat that was falling apart but held together and didn 't fall apart in this tomato-based sauce PERFECT! Its orange color revealed that it had simmered for a long time and had not been made in a hurry on the edge of the Piano!!!!!! A generous plate for the Ogres! The plain spaghetti was served separately and everyone took the quantity they needed! For dessert, a mousse not with strawberry as often but WITH STRAWBERRIES ! Full of tiny pieces of fresh strawberries and STUNNING lightness! And a coffee to finish! I drove an hour to meet my friends who had found this MAGICAL place! Contrary to what one might think, I lack words to say more! Above all, as they used to say: Don 't forget the service! SMILING. We forget it too often but we shouldn 't when we are satisfied! Nothing can be discussed here! Everything is EXTRAORDINARY!"

"I chose the menu of the market, the only one available at noon in addition to the map. When ordering, the waitress tells me that you can, if you wish, change the menu to choose a card entry, which I did. Bad surprise at the time of addition, the supplement for this change is more salted than expected. I didn’t say anything, since both the service and the dishes were very good, but this point could have been clarified at the beginning. It's only a few euros but for the principle.... Otherwise, nothing to say on the dishes, everything is homemade, very fresh and well dosed. Better to eat inside, the terrace is quite noisy, between the road and the railway."

"very good reception in this restaurant near us, nice and open boss to joke. Professional and listening service with a vegetarian person, service fairly fast. Having invited friends to visit jarnac I thought about this very versatile brewery or I had already been well restored. We ate wood fire tin in the path (excellent) my vegetarian friend was very well served with dishes only based on vegetables without extra charge. The meal with good wines from the Charente with good quality prices and a good cocktail for the aperitif accompanied by peanuts. We'll go back there when we arrange other family or friends invitations."

"Le côté bistronomique du restaurant la Ribaudière. Même accueil professionnel et sympathique et jolie salle intime au décor soigné. Une carte courte et un menu entrée-plat-dessert à 38 euros. En apéritif et pour accompagner aussi mon repas, j'ai testé le merlot sous étiquette de la Ribaudière. C'est un vin charentais bien travaillé, j'ai eu raison de faire confiance à la maison! Tout de suite on m'apporte des rillettes de canard avec ses fines tranches de pain grillé et LE pain de la maison au levain trop bon ! . Les rillettes n'étaient pas grasses et il y avait de la mâche. En entrée millefeuille de foie gras de canard, magret séché... Très plaisant en bouche, beaucoup de saveurs. En plat, bouchons de lapins sur polenta crémeuse aux cèpes et jus intense... Miam! Satisfaction dans les goûts, la cuisson, surprise de trouver au centre des bouchons les rognons, de vrais morceaux de cèpes et le jus... à saucer! Plus le merlot! Et en dessert petite jonchée merci de soutenir les produits ultra-locaux! aux fruits rouges, glace aux pralines roses, amandes, meringue et feuilles d'Atsina goût anisé et réglissé, j'adore! TOP! Merci aux équipes en salle et en cuisine pour ce très bon moment. Je reviendrai!"

"Lieu à éviter !Lorsqu’on est arrivés, la serveuse nous a dit d’aller commander directement au bar et de prendre nos verres car ils n’avaient pas le temps de prendre la commande (il y avait 10 personnes dans le bar grand maximum)Donc, nous sommes allés au bar, et la serveuse a refusé de nous servir à boire car il n’avait pas fini de débarrasser les tables du midi et qu’il fallait préparer le service du soir (il était 16h, c’est ouvert en continu et on voulait juste boire et les tables de l’extérieur étaient propres).D’un coup, la serveuse s’est énervée et nous a dit « ALLEZ VOUS FAIRE VOIR » mot pour mot.C’est inadmissible !!!!"
