"Great little hole in the wall with surprisingly upscale food. There were only about ten tables, and most were reserved on a Sunday evening. We arrived shortly after opening, and only three tables were not reserved. A reservation or at least calling ahead is recommended. The menu is exclusively on little chalkboards, and as with most small restaurants, the beer and wine selection is limited but still tasty. We tried the soup à l’onion (French onion soup) for a starter, and it seemed to be made with a vegetable broth and raclette cheese. The mains were memorable. I tried the magret de canard, which was their take on the classic duck à l’orange; and my partner had the entrecôte, which was a quite well prepared ribeye. On the whole, we both enjoyed the place, and if we were staying longer in Toulouse, we would return for another dinner. Recommended!"
