le doc is a real sign in düsseldorf. German kitchen with French influences, romantic atmosphere ideal for couples but also for business dinner, extensive wine card, excellent cuisine

for many years consistently good. we always feel good at it, eating tastes excellent, the wine card is diverse, the ambiente radiates a family security. as guests we say: always happy!

cozy local, very friendly service, fresh ware, really original and very well prepared. recommend the day, fresh from the market. beautiful wine list. reasonable prices. absolutely recommended.

we live near, but couldn't get in. as it turned out, this is a pleasant place with a cozy veranda and good service. the steak was good, and despite good drinking money, they somehow passed us quite cool, so there is no desire to return.

Really enjoyed the food and the dark German beer. But when it came time to pay the surprises started: credit cards like Visa and Mastercard are not accepted, Maestro is accepted but only from German banks... Basically you have to pay in cash if you're a foreigner.

The food was amazing and the staff was extremely friendly and recommended great wine for the food. We had the lamb with tarragon and it was definitely the best food I have had in Düsseldorf. Only downside was that it took quite long time to get the dessert as the restaurant was totally full by then, but it was worth the wait.It was no problem paying by credit card as previous comment say.

Duesseldorf's pubs and restaurants are not famous for the kindness of the waiters. In this restaruant I found kindness and good care of the guests. We felt like at home and due to the good weather we sitted outside. The location is in the nice area of Pempelfort. The menu is not huge but I was attracted by all dishes. At the end we followed the suggestion of the owner and we were completely satisfied. As appetizer we had a special version of "blutwurst". It was made of wild pig meat and the flavor was delicate and crunchy. As main plates we had meat dear with fresh chanterelle mushrooms creame and a Angus fillet with French cream.
