"For many years, I have been travelling this place regularly with the tram and at least as long as I want to eat there. But I've never done it before. But then on Groupon there was a voucher for the lunch table and I used the favor of the hour and got one of the vouchers. On Friday I visited Le Faubourg in Haidhausen, the Franzosenviertel, for lunch. This was only offered for a few months. The ambience corresponded to that of a typical French brasserie. The place is very small and has space for about 30 people. Therefore, the tables are unfortunately very narrow. For lunch, a green carted table cloth was laid over white at some tables. Everything made a clean and well-kept impression. The greeting of the Italian waiter was very friendly. I was the first guest to choose a place. The dishes offered are written in French on 3 tables on the wall. A large table was placed on the table for the lunch menu and the dishes were explained. This change regularly on this Friday there was a Maronis soup as an appetizer, then you could choose between Langustenschwanz and Tagliatelle with Perlhuhn as a main dish. There was a tart Tatin and an espresso for dessert. Two courses cost 19 €, 3 courses are available for 24 €. Everything tasted very good and the portions were sufficient for a lunch. I can imagine eating here for a special occasion is the French. I'm sorry. There is a star trigger for the wrong counter surface where you come past the toilet on the way, as well as for the ladies toilet. Unfortunately, this made a somewhat fuzzy impression: floor, walls and sink did not seem very clean a basic cleaning would not hurt here."
