The flakes are delicious, special mention of the emulsion served in a large porcelain egg, very creamy. The dishes are well served in the sense clean and frozen, they are delicate and sought after. I never ate a duck magret so melting. The perfect egg was perfect! Only small flat for dessert around the tatin pie and potimaron) which is very pretty but lacks peps. He's good, but we can't say Waouh! On the other hand, the presentation and service of the pumpkin spice qunelle is superb! The place is very warm. The refined decoration, the seasonal table centers are very nicely erect, the fireplace ... all this brings this touch of "we feel good and we want to stay long, we would like all evenings to look like this"."
