"Dinner at the Mandarin in Saint-Rémy de provence. The chief is really nice, it's nice. On the other hand tasting, it was the disappointment the dishes are little copied (we were still hungry after the meal, and we are not especially big eaters some dishes without flavor (soupe pho, noodles jumped to vegetables, wok vegetables, Cantonese rice, grilled chicken with lemongrace Cantonese rice is really the great disappointment. How can one miss a Cantonese rice at this point, whether on the presentation or taste (insipid), it is not at all that makes the addition very high for what it is, we do not have it for its money. count about without the drinks. On the other hand, very correct desserts, special mention for the tiramisu specoos, excellent. A small suggestion to the restaurant owner at the passage: put a plexi plate or something between the entrance door and the first table on the left while returning. each door opening, one takes a current of air and it is very unpleasant (especially when it is cold, which was the case), especially since the door opens every minute."

Merveilleux Mandarin has the 3 pillars of a pleasant moment: a pleasant and soothing setting, a service and always smiling welcome and a kitchen made of fresh and tasteful products and generosity! Bravo. View menu

It's been three years since we've always been back with pleasure. The boss is adorable, the dishes are to fall, on the spot or to take away. The bun bo is excellent! a real pleasure closed eyes. thinking about booking during the holidays because it's pretty small.

Mandarin offers the classics of Vietnamese and Chinese cuisines. The quality is at the rendezvous. The service is very good even if the only server was overflowed tonight and we had to wait throughout the meal. The good surprise came at the time of the check. the midi formula seems a very good option. View menu

disappointed in this restaurant. Most dishes are without flavors and little copied, the palm returning to Cantonese rice, totally missed. the tiramisu speculoos is quite good, but it does not save a very disappointing meal. all this makes the addition of drinks very salty. The chief is very nice, that's it.

"Enoteca has only been going 6 months or so which may explain the lack of reviews on TripAdvisor but don't let that put you off dining here. We'd been staying close by for the week and hadn't realised at first that this restaurant is also linked to a great little deli about 10 doors down on the same rue. So you have two great places to discover! We stopped in there for a glass of wine first in the last of the days sun before heading to the restaurant for dinner. The owner is a lovely, attentive guy who is clearly very passionate about his Italian produce; food and wine! Over dinner we were well looked after and shared delicious burrata as starter, followed by two authentic Italian pasta dishes for main course. The beef in mine was rich and tender, obviously having been cooked for hours. Dessert were small coffees with a delicious citrus mouse on the side and plenty of biscotti biscuits to dip. Drinks wise we'd enjoyed a glass of white at the deli but moved onto passionfruit spritz for aperitifs followed by a delicious Nero d'Avola to match our mains. This red was fantastically smooth and fruity, with no hint of tannins in the after taste. I was surprised that the place wasn't packed out on a Friday night but there is a festival in town for a couple of days so that could be keeping people busy, but this place will surely gain in popularity and in the rankings in Nimes very soon. Recommend this Italian restaurant which suits this French city drenched in Roman history!"
