"I think it's one of the few times that a negative opinion will be posted on my part. But you have to. We went there twice, once last year on the way to the holiday, we had very little appreciated this address, we went there on a Monday (big mistake!), it was canteen atmosphere, service to the stone spear (we throw your plate), noisy (normal it is the market but good it reasones too much in the room), a head of calf but vegetables that are looking so much polished We spend this year with friends to Luhans to eat a bite, they decide to invite us to the yoke mother, we explain our experience of the previous year and there they tell us "but Monday must avoid it has nothing to do with the other days" either! You try after all you don't have to stay on a bad impression, so yes it's quieter indeed, but there you realize other things that you didn't notice during our first passage, the restaurant seems to have been stuck in time, you would believe in the 50s/60s, the kitchen is in no burgundy (I'm burgundy so you know a little what you're talking about is enough The products are frozen, there's a lot of fresh, you mix a little everything to make the taste pass and the customer sees it only fire, except that it doesn't mislead the experienced palates. In short, once more disappointed, the kitchen is a copyful but classical archive, with no flavor that stands out, one asks more to a restaurant that is well placed and that makes a good calf head. I will add that we would also have to review the service we were few and it is looong but loooong, 1h to have the apero and the combined entrance, then after finishing our plates 40 minutes for the dish! disorganised service, longt, there are many things to review then the prices for quality I don't agree, it tabs rate level especially for a small town like louhans you shouldn't exaggerate. So let's sum up, just go for the regulars of the calf's head for the rest, it'll only appeal to the lovers of copyy and impersonal canteens. back to the past on all points of view for this place, there are better addresses in the city than this."

Aperitif home that was accompanied by a cream of caramelized foie gras with leafy and cheese gouger. excellent meurette eggs, and minced with beef sauce with high quality and very tender (viande Charolaise). High quality cheese plate also and very copyy (4 pieces). And as a dessert a blown glazed at the marc of burgundy (I still have the taste to the mouth .)!dessert also accompanied (graciously) of another plate including a glass of pana cota and coulis of red fruits, a cup of cream burnt and a tile dry cake ... meal accompanied by a black pinot 2014 . an old but very clean frame and a staff of quality Only a small negative point, the coffee that had a bistro coffee aroma ... but that didn't ruin our meal.
