Every year we go with a group of friends for the festival. The location is magical! just in front of the palace!food is great too and the servers with little care! View menu

We ate outside, in the main square by the Pope's Palace. It was a lovely warm evening. The view was spectacular. The sound of a busker gently playing guitar could be heard in the background. We enjoyed our food and wine. The service was relatively pretty good.

Went in for coffee at 11.45am. Waiter was extremely rude when I asked for two coffees. “No... too busy” was his reply. Pretty sure a place that advertises as Cafe should sell coffee. We accepted and walked out and I am now completing this review. Pretentious place anyway.

Excellent time in this restaurant. Individual dishes are a little expensive, but the formula at 38€ was really delicious, accompanied by a refined and pleasant wine. The service is rather fast and the friendly atmosphere, with a beautiful view of the Palace of the Popes. To be recommended! View menu

Ce n'est pas possible que face un monument de l'ampleur du palais des papes, il y ait un établissement de cette médiocrité. Le petit déjeuner est composé de pain industriel blanc à peine cuit, le jus d'orange est annoncé pressé et il est coupé à l'eau. J'ai mal à ma France quand je tombe sur des établissements pareils.

Needed a break from the relentless Provence sun at midday. Normally we would wonder around and skip the most obvious touristic places; but this looked nice on the place Palais des Papes. We had Truffle Penne and the Plate du jour which was chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy. Easy, simple, delicious. Not too expensive; although not extremely cheap.

La terrasse est magnifique mais le plaisir d'y prendre un verre est totalement entaché par le personnel qui s'adresse mal aux clients. Un verre avec des glaçons oublié et jamais rapporté (il faisait 37°c). Obligée d'aller le demander moi-même après 15min d'attente et là encore, malgré ma politesse et ma demande cordiale, on m'a envoyé promener. De plus, CB non acceptée en dessous de 10€, nous avons dû casser un billet initialement prévu pour notre Airbnb, ce à quoi le serveur a répondu monsieur ira au guichet sur un ton on ne peut plus méprisant. Je comprends parfaitement le stress et les conditions de travail compliquées en cette periode estivale mais je réitère malgré ma bonne volonté, le... View menu
