"We visited this place this morning for brunch. The waitress made a face as I asked if we could take the only empty table (beats me why this place was so full). She grumpily cleared the table but didn't bother wiping out the mess of food crumbs, coffee spill, etc. It never got wiped and I eventually had to wipe it out myself. Food choice was average and expensive and it took ages to come, not sure why as the only hot food we ordered was a coffee! Finally the lady at the till was equally obnoxious as she decided to serve the customer behind me first as I was in the middle of telling her what we ate! What god awful service, food and prices and a total waste of a Sunday morning. Go to Birdie nearby for a much better service and selection of dishes for brunch. This was my worst experience of eating out in Genève. It's on days like this I wonder who gives staff like this the right to treat people like they've come off the street for free food? Why bother working in the customer service industry if you cannot manage even the basics in etiquette?"

Nice place to enjoy brunch on a Sunday in Geneva. They serve a great deal of different breads, good coffee. Do try their Birchermuseli--the best in Geneva in my opinion!

That's a chain, but we loved this place. Very pleasant modern land design. I had a fabulous open sandwich with goat cheese and prosciutto. Great location. Think authentic Swiss Panera bread.

Beautiful full organic selection for breakfast. We fell to this place and were very satisfied with the quality of food and drinks as well as the pleasant staff and ambience. Would.love return, but go.

Your breakfast menu includes a range of organic bread, organic coffee, jam, jam, jam, jam, jam, chocolate bread and orange juice from this world. I especially like her traditional coffee cup, which is and oval shape of a bowl. View menu

Went to many Pain Quotidiens, this must be one of the worst ones. Half of the tables were not cleaned after clients finished breakfast, food is prepared between dirty plates and cups. Instead of serving, the waitress prepared herself a breakfast, went to sit on a table and only after asking 3x where our food was, she went to check into the kitchen. Not worth the name Pain Quotidien.

Oh dear... what a mistake. Took friends who had come from overseas for a visit. We were looking for Sunday brunch earlier than 11.00am. This place came up on a general search. Wish we hadn't bothered. Bad service...or lack off... had to keep popping in to get stuff or remind them. The food was blah... and stupidly overpriced. Cold tea, hot chocolate cold...brunch platter was disappointing. Cannot understand why it's so popular....I'm sorry but won't be going back there.

Been there for brunch on a Saturday afternoon, and the place was busy.We had to wait a few minutes before being taken to a free table and even longer to have the table cleaned. In general, service was poor and slow, and they only seemed to care when we started being more demanding. We ordered the grilled vegetables tartine, the vegetarian plate and the brunch combo, and for dessert, tartelettes au citron and cheese with speculoos and apple pie. Food was actually good. To drink we had the season's fresh juice, lemonade and coffee. View menu

This place is your typical Geneva coffee shop / brunch spot - good coffee, okay food centered around lots of bread and croissants, some nice fruit / salads. Nothing special, especially for the price. The service is comically bad. If you sit outside on the terrace for brunch, be prepared to shout at the one server for attention, go inside to follow up on things they forget to bring (happened both times), and chase someone down to pay and leave. The staff is condescending and generally disinterested in being there. If you're looking for a brunch spot head to Halles De L'Ile or Cheval Blanche - don't waste your time here.

They have a terrible quality control on their food and this is very dangerous. We had brunch on Sunday, 18th of November in the restaurant at Boulevard Georges-Favon in Geneva, Switzerland. Some people in our group ordered the tartines with chicken and avocado, and the next day all the 3 people that ate this plate suffered severe food poisoning, including non-stop vomiting, diarrhea and high fever. This was a very serious case, as one of the affected girls is 5-months pregnant, so spending 2 days vomiting with spasms and fever put her pregnancy at risk. We really hope this message reaches the top management of the restaurant and they do something about it, because it is unacceptable. From ou...
