"I had booked for 2 via the The Fork app for the 30 years of my spouse. On the application the restaurant was indicated as being open, I was able to book without any problems. Unfortunately, when we came, the establishment was closed... The surprise we had was not the wish ahah. The next day, I call the establishment to warn them that the application had not been updated, the purpose being not to blame them but rather to avoid that it happens to other customers. The man on the phone tells me that the application had been updated and that she had just forgotten to send me a notification of cancellation. Little cordial exchange and quite expedient, no excuses either..."

Very good table in a warm setting with an adventurous service. The meal was perfect from the entrance to the dessert. Exquisite flavors, unusual weddings, crunchy, melting, colourful, a festival for the eyes and the palace

Discover the neighborhood... reservation at the last minute... but what a surprise!!! Very good reception, warm room. The dishes, from the entrance to the dessert are really amazing surprises in tastes and chords. Very well guided in dishes and wines... it was a really nice experience with family!!! To do and redo!!!!

Meals four, holiday watch. Flats quite correct, but garnish a little just. Did I ask the boss if he knew the origin of his place name? He didn't know and I taught him that the Carron is the white fat lard that is on the back of the pigs raised in the countryside and consumes in thin slices. Delicious raw with aromatic herbs, or cooked used in bards... Fameux piece for me, known in Auvergne and Languedoc under the name Carron, and in Italy as Lard de Colonnata.

Very warm frame, we feel good. The welcome and service are impeccable and the meal... my god the meal... a delight! I've never eaten something so good! The creamy mushrooms, to fall, the pig square with its sauce, a little paradise for taste buds. I came with my companion, and he also was very happy with his meal, everything was perfect, I strongly recommend this restaurant, both for the quality of the waiters, and for the incredible work of the chef. I won't hesitate to advertise!

"My wife and I dined here on a Saturday night (having made a reservation several days in advance), and it was one of the best dining experiences we have had in France in a long time. We reserved for the early seating, showed up on time, and were among the first customers there. We had a small table near the door. The disadvantage is that we were occasionally wafted by a cold draft from the front door. The bigger advantage was that we were sitting near the restaurant's beautiful, precision, hand-operated meat slicer. The specialty starter is beef that has been cured for seven months with seven spices. It is sliced paper thin (and that is no exaggeration) and served heaped on a plate. Heavenly. My wife and I ordered only one of these plates and it was more than ample for the two of us.That was followed by our starters. I ordered the minestrone marocain légèrement épicé comme à Tanger (Moroccan minestrone, lightly spiced as in Tangiers), and my wife the rillettes de crabe aux petits légumes et Granny Smith (shredded crab with little vegetables and pieces of Granny Smith apple). Both were delicious. For our main dishes I had a pavé de cerf (deer steak), which was ample and perfectly cooked. My wife had fish, also cooked to perfection. I don't recall the wine we ordered, but the choice was from wines that were at their peak (not just wines one or two years old), yet the prices were reasonable. One remark about the decore: it manages to be a bit traditional and modern at the same time, with reproductions of paintings by Modigliani and various early 20th-century (mainly French) artists adorning the wall.Overall, a restaurant worth going out of your way for."
