"My local Parisian friend took me to this spot tucked away on a quiet street. It struck me as my favourite type of bar: unpretentious, lively, artsy, full of character and filled with interesting, creative people. It also seemed like a true local's haunt, which isn't always easy to find in a city like Paris. We came early enough for dinner and I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. Definitely not your standard greasy bar food. Each dish was inventively conceptualized and well-executed. As the night wore on, the upstairs restaurant becomes more of a bar. The drinks were good, the atmosphere lively, and the staff very friendly. The crowd was youthful but not silly or rowdy; late 20s / early 30s for the most part, it seemed. There's a live music venue downstairs, which we didn't get a chance to check out, but overall I would recommend this place for those with the same taste in nightlife as me."

A cool rock bar under the railway arches just off Avenue Daumesnil, used to be called Les Combustibles. Also has a lounge bar / restaurant upstairs.

The place and it's vibe are great. Definitely one of the best places we've eaten in Paris! The attendance was spotless and chef Tiago' s food is amazing. The place of the show was a bit hot but it was worth it. Recommend 10/10

Perfect pre-party atmosphere even in Monday! The best service in Paris so far, absolutely friendly and awesome people working there! Interior is good and drinks are tasty , what else you could expect from a place that warms you up before some really worth hearing pop up concerts :)) View menu

many times I had eat there (restaurant at first floor), There is always good food (fantastic sauces sometimes), good alcool (beers, whisky, rhum, ... and wines) to take a drink before dinner or before to go downstairs to hear good music (jazz, rock, techno, each day a style of music).

I had lunch here with my husband and it was brilliant. We had an excellent meal of salad, pork and gnocchi and they were really delicious. It is a quirky place with extremely friendly staff and I would really recommend it. I'm just sorry that I can't go back at night to listen to the music.

I came here with friends for a gig while we were in Paris. The gig was great (although very very sweaty/hot). We then went upstairs and got some food and drinks. Everything was really nice and delicious and the service was good. The bar was quite busy so it took a little while to get served but not too long. View menu

Came here to watch The Japanese House and the band were unreal. A nice touch was the photo booth which was free! When the band finished, we went upstairs to have a few drinks in the bar. The drinks were really expensive and the prosecco tasted as though it had been a bottle which had been left in the fridge too long and had lost its fizz. But a nice atmosphere.

Lively venue with a great atmosphere. The food was excellent and service was attentive and friendly. We got chatting with one of the owners 'Jojo' who really looked after us (if you're lucky enough to meet him, kiss him on the head for me) and we ended up staying all night. Head hurt in the morning but it was well worth it. They also have a free photobooth which just added to the charm. Highly recommended to everyone looking for a fun night with quality food and drinks.
