We were able to test the signature menu as part of our stay at the hotel and the spa. The different choices offered allow you to satisfy all tastes. The 5-course menu was copied although slightly too traditional in my sense. The flavor associations are good even if they are classic. Overall, there is a very good menu. Cocktails are as good as they are expensive.
