"in a caffe near the cathedrale during a rainstorm we turned to advisor trip for ideas for a decent Sunday dinner. After we called the owner of le sistrot to check if he was open, we had a free table, we were falling on the flow side of the cathedrale. what a joy! it is a cider bar par excellence, with 10 sides of apple wine to choose from, through the glass the bottle, from the bretagne further afield. the menu is short, but brilliant: we choose croziflette I will never drink a bit, but apfelwein with the again) the plate du jour a mild chicken curry with chick apples, more akin to a tagine when something. it followed a kind of apple-eton fair with which we had offered a glass of ice creamer out of quebec) and a glazed of ice creamer a chic art red well made, and probably our best meal during our 5 days stay, although several others came close. we would return to quimper to just drink) here, but the city despite the rain is also worth a visit."

Des plats goûteux mais assez différents de ce que l'on trouve ailleurs. Un "caviste" qui explique et propose les différents cidres et les accorde avec les mets. A tester.

Nous avons été plus que ravie par cette première expérience au Sistrot! Propositions de repas originales et délicieuses; le tout accompagné d'une dégustation de 3 cidres très différents. Accueil très sympathique. Quoi demander de mieux! A refaire...

Nous avons dîné dans ce restaurant. Nous avons été conquis par le concept "bar à cidres". Les cidres goûtés, nous ont permis de découvrir de nouvelles saveurs dans cette boisson. Les plats proposés étaient bons et originaux. La décoration de la salle était sympa. Une belle découverte!!

nous avons effectué une véritable dégustation découverte dans le bar restaurant du cidre : avec des cidres tres étonnant comme le blanc d'Armorique ou doux et fin comme l'AOP de cornouaille et des grand cru du cidre ou le cidre de fouesnantnous avons pu acheter des cidres de qualité.merci pour cette accueil View menu

Super découverte. Très bon conseils pour le choix du cidre, bonne explication du menu.Dessert juste délicieux, nous avons prix le crémeux au chocolat au lait avec du pop corn.Menu qui change régulièrement, ce qui est super car les restaurant qui change le menu sont rare.Si je reviens un Quimper je reviens chez vous avec plaisir :)

Accueil parfait et personnel très souriant et avenant, salle joliment aménagée malgré une acoustique qui sature très rapidement.Nous avons du tomber un jour d'imprévus car le plat végétarien s'est révélé indigeste (panna cotta au fromage). Il aurait pu être servi dans une proportion appropriée (moindre) et accompagné d'une belle salade de saison.Dommage aussi pour les desserts (eton mess aux pommes) dont le caramel était brûlé.
