I had a few recommendations to visit Le Temps des Cerises before I arrived in Paris, and when we found out it was a short walk from our hotel, I called View menu

Clin d'oeil à la commune... place privileged dans le 13em... Restaurant atypique... The cherry time offers quality cuisine, a simple service... For lunch or dinner, it was a real time of escape! A pure treat!!!

This restaurant is simply amazing, the facilities are simple but authentic, a true Parisian experience in the Butte-aux-Cailles quartier (neighborhood). The restaurant is managed as a cooperative, the staff is friendly, and the cuisine is exceptional, do not miss their housemade foie gras, so delicious I almost bit my finger!

Really good food. Extremely fabulous atmosphere. The whole area in this part of Paris is just a delightful and well kept secret. Such a charming part. And the restaurant just huge thumbs up, especially their charming and lovely regulars who strike up a conversation because you're practically sitting at each other's tables. Highly recommended.
