"More than a coffee, a simple but pleasant restaurant where we are surrounded by real memories of the Battle of the Somme, an incredible collection of objects and testimonies of this first global conflict, gathered by Dominique, a passionate restorer. We had lunch (very good prices and well-stocked plates) after a nice welcome and took time to browse the rooms and discover objects, weapons, really amazing pictures... Thanks for this shared passion... We will come back to see the museum that was closed (for a cause that I know and deplore... Grrrr Courage Dominique I know how angry it is) I recommend"

snacks that are out of the way, which leads us to the first world war. Good idea to get back quickly on the way.

The war atmosphere of 14 is nice and authentic. 1h30 to finally 1 dish, 1 beer and a coffee that is not expresso, probably we haven't had a chance.

We eat well, nothing to say. leash dogs are accepted at the restaurant. The decor is planted remains more than admiring. bravo (no museum visit) personal is discreet and helpful.

Beyond the very simple kitchen, it is the place and personality of Dominique that make it the major interest.....visit the small museum..... once again a private initiative to protect memory....redpect

I came here today to visit the museum, I don't agree with the absurd comments, to write anything, say nothing, the boss is very kind. The museum, the price is not at all excessive, it's not crazy, as I could read! and I love the restaurant concept. Thank you to you sir for your professionalism and kindness. I'll come back to eat a chest.

Visited on 14th August . Had a very nice lunch. The museum is outstanding. His attention to detail is amazing. How anyone can criticize the work and effort this guy has put in is beyond belief. The displays far exceeded our expectations . We came away feeling better informed of the devastation of the war and felt grateful to have seen his displays Well done.A must for everyone to visit.xx
