"Durante la festa medievale di Èze ci siamo fermati fuori da questo ristorante, vedendo che offriva piatti "da asporto", ma non essendoci vicino tavoli, sedie o muretti, decidiamo di chiedere di entrare per mangiare qualcosa seduti.Ci viene dato un tavolo, e passando dieci minuti buoni prima che ci portino i menu. L'ambiente molto curato, seppure piccolo, non basta a catturare la nostra attenzione per tutti i venti minuti in cui aspettiamo di ordinare. Finalmente ci viene preso l'ordine: due hamburger, due bicchieri di vino e una caraffa d'acqua (ben consapevoli che in Francia l'acqua in bottiglia costa cara, adottiamo sempre la soluzione caraffa, a costo zero per noi e per i gestori del ristorante). Dopo altri dieci minuti di viavai dalla cucina, da cui escono perlopiù piatti destinati all'asporto, il cameriere ci annuncia che sono finiti gli hamburger, e l'unica opzione rimane un filetto, che costa quasi il doppio. Però, aggiunge, chiede in cucina se rimane almeno un hamburger per uno di noi, l'altro dovrà ordinare qualcosa di alternativo. Un po' disorientati, dopo qualche minuto e diversi passaggi di cameriere e gestore che non ci dicono più nulla, ci alziamo per andarcene, ma subito veniamo rincorsi perché, a quanto pare l'hamburger c'è, per entrambi. Dopo quindi quasi tre quarti d'ora, ci gustiamo un ottimo, a onor del vero, hamburger con blue cheese, patatine e insalata. Chiediamo il conto: 54€, di cui 18, a testa, per gli hamburger, 7 + 7 per il vino, anche questi molto buono, e 6€ per l'acqua che avevamo chiesto in caraffa, e ci hanno portato in una bottiglia con il logo del ristorante. Capiamo la serata particolare, ma fare troppe cose per non farne bene nemmeno una non ci sembra la strategia migliore. Né adottare prezzi spropositati e "mezzucci" per guadagnare qualche euro in più, e al contempo, perdere clienti."

Wir haben hier einen sehr netten Abend verbracht! Essen und Service waren toll. War vor 20 Jahren schon hier damals wie heute Èze und das Troubadour eine Reise wert!

prennez le temps de dinner au troubadour ! cet endroit est merveilleux ! la cuisine est excellente avec un service tres soigné ! l endroit est tellement intime par son ambiance et sont beau decor que l on peut penser le temps d un dinner que le chef et le maitre d hotel ne sont la que pour vous !une adresse a retenir merci le troubadour

nous pensions avoir touché du doigt le paradis au jardin exotique d'Eze mais il s'est trouvé une étape d'excellence lors de notre descente : le Troubadour ! illumination en bouche avec cèpes et foie gras, soupçon de piment d'Espelette, ainsi qu'une sole dorée à point. C'était la magistrale signature qui aurait manqué à notre escapade. La classe !

une ancienne adresse ezasque reprise en main par une jeune équipe courageuse,une carte et des prix etudiés,dans l assiette que vous craquiez pour des st jacques ,une volaille de bresse,ou une andouillette sibillia,les portions sont genereuses et les cuissons justes.Le temps du rodage passé nul doute que cette endroit devienne une excellente adresse.L essayer c est l adopter.

Le troubadour est une institution à Eze Vilage depuis de nombreuses années, il vient d'être repris par Marinella, une femme pleine de vie, d'idée et de savoir-faire.. Son chef Kévin Picard est un passionné qui travaille les produits de différentes régions avec autant de succès... Le Cadre est magnifique, la décoration raffinée, l'accueil chaleureux et la cuisine pour tout les goûts... J'y retournerai encore et encore....

My husband and I called in at le troubadour for aperitifs one evening when staying at chateau de la chèvre d'or and found a real gem! We were made to feel extremely welcome - and the host brought us bread and terrine (gorgeous) - to complement our drinks and make sure we had "real aperitifs". He showed us his lovely restaurant and we were disappointed we did not have an extra night in Eze to enjoy his hospitality for dinner. If you are in eze I'd thoroughly recommend you pay le troubadour a visit.

Wir warten jetzt das erste Mal nach dem Wechsel der Besitzer hier... Ein junger, engagierter Koch! Die Speisekarte ist zwar etwas kleiner geworden, aber die Gerichte werden an die jeweiligen frischen Angebote auf den Märkten angepasst. Wir waren gegen 20:00 da, die einzigen Gäste, aber dafür war für uns ein traumhafter Tisch mit grandiosem Ausblick direkt an einem Fenster gedeckt... Wir hatten wegen eines Geburtstags für zwei reserviert. Der Service war extrem gut, freundlich, zuvorkommend, schnell, aber nicht aufdringlich. Das Essen war perfekt, sehr gute Zutaten, alles frisch, gut komponiert. Rundherum ein perfekt gelungener romantischer Abend für zwei, wir kommen sicher wieder!
