"I celebrated my son's 7th birthday at this restaurant on Thursday. The milkshakes were fantastic, especially the peanut butter shake which I highly recommend. We were pleasantly surprised when a huge birthday waffle with candles was brought out for my son. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful visit. I give it 5 stars. Thank you."

"Visiting Crewe with my wife we decided to take an early lunch at Miller and Carter. Our choice of restaurant being influenced by an earlier experience at the Telford outlet. Receiving a warm greeting from Reception we were shown to our table by David, who was to be our server throughout the meal. The Fixed Price Menu seemed to meet our needs and we ordered starters of salt and pepper calamari and sticky chipotle chicken. The main course being two 7 oz Rump steaks, one served with a mixed salad and the other with onion loaf, tomato, and seasoned fries. Drinks comprised a glass of a very pleasing South African merlot and a Fevertree tonic water. The meal met with our expectations and the steaks (cooked medium) had just the right degree of pinkness. The dishes were well prepared, nicely presented, and the steaks in particular were full of flavour. Competitively priced at £16.25 per head for a 2-course lunch, or £19.25 if wanting a dessert, we thought it represented very good value for money. The restaurant gave out a pleasant ambience and the spacious seating ensured comfort in just the right setting. Mention should also be made of the washroom facilities which were as to be expected. Having spent a good number of years in Hospitality Management I could not fault our young attendant David, who we both thought performed his tasks to a high standard. Happy to recommend."

"Very disappointing. Took ages to be seated and the restaurant was cold, we were given a table right next to the service station so there were servers coming and going all the time. Asked what the Kansas caviar was and the waitress didn't know, which is something that you would expect them to, or for an explanation to be on the menu. The food was good but not spectacular and over priced. More interested in bums on seats than customer comfort that table should not be there. Also saw servers decanting mayo and other sauces into the same bottles. Can understand some sauces but mayo?? How old is that mix??? Sure other people enjoyed themselves but I personally wouldn't go there again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1"

"Great pub for a summer afternoon. The carpark is just about big enough if people park sensibly. The inside area is a little cramped but they have managed to squeeze a pool table in. Outside, they have loads of space with different sections (a patio area, a covered external bar with large TV and an open grassy area with picnic benches). This means that everyone can be spread out and enjoy the sunshine."

"Highly recommend the food here, we went in for a spot of lunch and was met with huge smiles from the staff with a nice warm friendly feel. The pub was very clean and loved the decor. Big up to Adele who couldn't have done any more for us and made us feel at home from the off. We went for the sunday roast and so please we did. Great food, the yorkshire puddings were homemade and amazing. The full menu sounded lovely and the food we saw coming out looked as good as the roast that we consumed. Keep up the great work and big thanks to Adele the chief and the team that work here :"

"Although not in the best of areas, and not really near any other good bars or restaurants, the Thai Corner is consistently good and can be replied on. One couple of our party had a Set Menu which was very good, lots of dishes but only one portuon o rice to a number of dishes. They asked for another portion of rice and were charged full price for it! We spent quite alot of money on our meal and drinks especially a free portion of rice, which must cost the Restaurant next to nothing, would have been a nice goodwill gesture. The only down point would be that the waiter made it very obvious that he was ready to close even though it was only 10pm on a Saturday evening."
