"the association of my master organized an evening at 9:00 but with some people, we decided to meet us before. So a friend arrived at 7:30 p.m. and was installed at a table. three of us joined her and we spent a good time. Around 8:40, one of the barmen told us that the table we were at was reserved and that we had to leave it. So we asked if we could direct us to the reservation space, which was denied. We wanted to insist a little while saying that it was a bit absurd to make us wait at the bar by embarrassing everyone, especially since we had our bags a little heavy. Barman's answer: "And then?you are young and healthy, you can survive." so we waited up at the bar (when finally nobody sat at the table). at 9pm, the organizers of the pot arrived, spoke with the bartender who told them our presence by adding: "but they are boring!" I do not let myself do so and try to explain it kindly but by showing my discontent that I do not find this correct and I take advantage of it to tell him, always calmly, that I do not find it logical to have put us at a reserved table and to fire us elsewhere. The bartender keeps interrupting me and doesn't want to talk to me, takes me up, tells me that it has already been nice to put it at a table and not to make her wait at the bar, asks me who I am to speak to him (my answer: a client)!, suggests that because I am younger, I don't have to blame him anything. to be objective, I found the very nice setting and reasonable prices. The barmen were also rather nice at the beginning, but I found it very disrespectful of one of them to say well in front of us (but without addressing the interested people) that we were boring and when I wanted to explain and understand his logic, there was a refusal of dialogue dyed with arrogance. Anyway, I don't think it's a way to communicate with customers, and even with anyone."
